6. RETURNS & DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted except where an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective in accordance with Indigo and Ivory's Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds for confirmed damaged or defective items are issued as store credit after the returned item has been received and inspected, subject to applicable law.
