1. SHIPPING OVERVIEW
Indigo and Ivory currently ship to United States and Internationally to 27 countries. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and days when our fulfillment operations are closed.
Please allow 24 hours for order processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from the carrier transit time.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We offer the following shipping options: Standard 3-5 business days and utilize various carriers for delivery (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHS etc). Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available.
3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated as follows: Free shipping (domestic only) on orders $70 and above, otherwise Shipping is $8 for standard 3-5 days, and $15 for Express shipping. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before an order is completed.
4. ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request an address correction or order change, contact us at info@indigoandivory.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipped.
5. DELAYS, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Indigo and Ivory Gift Emporium is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's mail area, and the carrier. You may also contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside Indigo and Ivory's control.
